Natural Violet Flavor

1/2 tsp - 1 tsp in an average cake of four cups of flour. Each flavor varies in strength and should be adjusted according to your personal taste. Start with less and add more.

I LOVE this stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is super concentrated and smells amazing. The best so far I have had. I used some in tea, it was great, and a little bit goes a long way. Then I used some in some homemade ginger soda I was brewing in the closet - it was yummy there too! I made the mistake of adding some blue and red food coloring and it stained my teeth blue. I just figured a violet should be purple, right?? WRONG. Next I will try it on whipped cream and then plan to make a rose and violet crème brulee. Endless possibilities!!
