Used this to make strawberry homemade ice cream

I made strawberry ice cream in food processor with 1 teaspoon of this extract with half a bag of frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups heavy whipped cream. The strawberry flavor was more pronounced the next day. I like it. It doesn't taste nor smell artificial.
