I was asked by a friend to make some mango cupcakes. I tried 3 times with different products, trying to get a mango flavor. I used mango juice, fresh mangoes, mango flavored yogurt...nothing. I even tried using all three things in ONE RECIPE! I broke down and ordered the extract and FINALLY got a mango flavored cupcake!
