Yep, it's peppermint all right. Makes for great homemade "shamrock shakes." 1 cup milk, 1 cup vanilla ice cream, 1/4 tbsp of this stuff. Insert ingredients into blender of your choosing, blend thoroughly, and boom. You are welcome.
