Welcome to Vanilla 2007

Following a successful Vanilla Meeting in Veracruz, Mexico and a Vanilla Science and Technology course at Rutgers University, Bakto Flavors will be hosting Vanilla 2007 this November 7th-8th at the Forsgate Country Club in Jamesburg, NJ. In addition, a one-day pre-meeting workshop, dealing with vanilla storage and vanilla application in pastries, will be held on November 6th. Participants have the option of choosing the number of days they would like to attend.

This meeting is essential for past attendees, newcomers, and everyone concerned with the current fate of vanilla. Vanilla 2007 will give attendees the latest information on vanilla, provide an opportunity to network with industry leaders, and address the most burning issues today. Click here for program.
